Day 1: For the Kids Out in Michigan

My workout for tomorrow is going to be a little different than the one I have planned for this blog post. The reason for this is because my work out involves equipment that not all fitness centers come equipped with. I'll post my work out just the same in case you do have a 300lb tire and space to flip it ;)

My Workout: 15 Jumps on a 20inch plyo box
50 meter Sled Pulls with 100lbs
15 Burpees
4 Tire Flips
15 Push Ups

4 Rounds, with limited rest.

Main Workout: 15 squat jumps
500m row (on a concept 2 or whatever stationary rower is available)
15 burpees
10 Thrusters ( select a weight that is heavy)
15 push ups

4 rounds, with limited rest. Be sure to keep track of your total time and time for each round.
